Applying The Endotracheal Tube Philosophy In Your Life Challenge

By Marci Nielsen

You may have been in a position that feels like you are choking. That breathing seems difficult. Things around you just got tangled up and you no longer have a space to breathe. And since you can no longer breathe on your own, you suddenly cry out for someone to at least help you out to gain the air you need.

You may think that a simple individual like you cannot do anything to help out. If you do so, then you are mistaken. Just like a surgeon that needs endotracheal tube with subglottic suction for performing successful operations. Endotracheal tube is mostly unnoticeable yet helpful. Indeed, it is but a lifeless thing, but it helps to support life.

In the same scenario, as we go through our daily walks of life, we encounter challenges that leave us breathless. Sometimes it gets difficult to get some air that we call on with things that could help us out. We talk to psychologist or use religious figures to help us out from giving up. It is best to identify the things that we can do to help ourselves out.

You first need to know the problem. Admit that you need help. No patient can be helped out if he hides something from the doctor. We may not be talking about physical problem here, but normally these problems causes more damage than any other physical illnesses. Get your case figured and be brave to admit you want help.

Far from being an agony, it eases worries. The doctors have that confidence that they will never run out of air. Imagine how difficult it would be without this thing. So simple, yet so helpful, that you will think about thanking whoever thought about it. You cannot afford not to have it during operations.

Live a fulfilled life. Get rid of that selfish attitude. There is too much of that going on around you. If you want to make a difference, then do the other way. You may not know it, but people who experienced goodness from someone, will also have that desire to forward it to others. Do not think about how small you can do.

Another helpful tip is getting helped out. It could from someone you look up to. Since you already had yourself figured and admitted that you need help, be open for help from the surrounding people. Ask help from people who can lift you up from that situation. It is okay to ask for help.

Everything starts from a humble beginning. Keep pursuing goodness. Now listen, do this without neglecting yourself. Love yourself so to learn to love others. This does not mean that you need to give out what you have but share it. Remember that there is more opportunity to help out more others if you are in good shape.

All the things or people around can do, is to encourage you to be strong and be well. The decision will still come from you. You know you can do better that be a victim of your circumstance. Be anything you want to be, just handle you trials well.
