How To Administer Homeopathic Wound Care

By Gary Mitchell

The occurrence of an accident can lead to one being hurt by either being cut, bruised or grazed. In whatever situation that you find yourself in, the use of Homeopathic Wound Care techniques should be the best remedy this will need you to equip yourself with such skills such that if generally an accident happens, you will know the immediate step to take.

Our bodies have the ability to heal itself if well catered for. Therefore, when one gets hurt, we should use natural means of care to improve on its healing conditions. One of the things that should be avoided is the use of antiseptics bought in the chemists to clean a wound. This is because it slows down the healing process by clearing out the bacteria that also aid in healing.

It would be best if you equip yourself with this natural means to deal with abrasions and cuts. To start with, when a person is cut, you need to stop the bleeding by applying gentle pressure evenly. Holding a tight grip may disrupt the general blood flow and you would not want to completely stop the blood from reaching the injury because it is needed for a clot to form.

The next step should be to clean the area using clean water and a clean cloth. Always start by cleaning it from the center of the injury going outwards to remove dirt. The best remedy is to use saline water, which can be prepared at home by adding two table spoons of salt n boiled water, leaving it to cool and later using it. You can also apply the use of natural antiseptics to keep off infection.

The other natural means is through the use of herbs. Ointments and leaves from trees help to increase the healing process, allowing your body to be relieved of pain and also prevent harmful bacteria from causing the area to rot. Such tactics should be used for grazed or small cuts. If used in deep cuts, it may cause the outer part of the wound healing faster before the inner parts have.

As much as the body has the ability to heal itself, it needs to be assisted. You can do this by ensuring you take vitamin supplements such as vitamins A, B1, C and E which boost your immunity and healing mechanism. You can also do so by maintaining a proper diet such as improving on your protein intake because an extra amount is always required as you need to manufacture antibodies and immune cells.

Do not underestimate the benefits of using honey. You may have heard that honey was used as a preservative for meat in the past. This is because it has enzymes that are helpful in keeping bacteria that may lead to rotting to stay away. Therefore, you can use the application of natural honey from bees on the area of focus.

However, if you find yourself in a situation where someone has been deeply cut such that maybe some bone splinters can be seen or the person is unconscious, this is the right time to call a professional for help to provide medical attention. Instances whereby the cut or wound is producing a lot of fluids should need immediate attention after giving the basic aid.
