When the customers complain about it and give comments about its preparation, you have to do something about it immediately to get rid of losing your buyers. Improve its entire preparation and do not remove it immediately on the list as others may still look for it despite the bad feedback of some.

Another is awareness of the service that is given. Customers usually go to the place where they are treated well. High quality customer service matters therefore along with the type of product that is offered. Treat them with high respect and care all the time.

The owner must teach the workers to be professional in dealing with their buyers. They must be taught to do the proper way of responding and greeting the buyers. All workers must do it correctly including those bakers and so on.

Cleanliness matters so much as well. It reflects how products are prepared. The manner of cleaning the place must be done well to avoid bad comments about your area. Even if you are considered to be the best in town but if the place is dirty then you cannot expect them to go and buy your products. This also goes with the overall appearance of your workers such as the bakers, the sellers and others.

Finally, you need to control the overall cost that it will take for you to spend for the business. The best way is to control the cost and make sure that good items are bought to make the bread and other items. Prepare all materials needed to make the items. Monitor the process regularly to ensure that it meets the total budget that you have.
