You can consider asking your friends to come on a weekend so you go on a hike together and have some great moments. With your friends, you can suggest having fun once in a while at a local park. Come with your camera and pack enough lunch so you will not have to worry about looking for food. While spending time with friends, make sure that you share some facts about life.

If you can join a small group personal training, then that would be excellent. Try to find a licensed personal trainer and ask him/her to help you get fit. You can ask your workmates to come, so you form a small fitness group.

There are certain things that happen once or twice in a year and they offer opportunities to try new things. During summer, you can find the best activities to take part in. These are things that happen rarely, and you need to utilize them to get the communal goals that you so desire.

Getting out of town as a team once in a while can be a great thing to do. If you have some colleagues, you can organize a hike, a bike riding, or any activity out of town just so that you change the environment a little bit. There are always a lot of things that you can try out while out of town as long as they are bringing you together.
