Although there is no scientific evidence of the physical healing process of meditating, however, people that practice it tend to be healthier and in tune with the issues affecting their life.

People suffering from insomnia, weak immune system, and chronic nervousness can consider meditating as a remedy for these conditions. Although there is no scientific evidence of actual physical healing as a result of meditating, the trust is also that some people have had miraculous healing that even the medical evidence could not explain.
