When you think of having a party, the first thing that comes to mind is what you should prepare for the guests to eat. The appropriate size of the meat should be around 1 or 2 inches depending on what you like. Uniform cuts would make all of them cook evenly. Putting a little oil over the dish before you roast it would also help so that it would not stick to the griller.
