Restaurants nowadays are not only serving meats for their menu. Vegetables have been also in demand for some customers and establishments. Consequently, food industries introduced restaurants that serve only foods derived from different types of plant and vegetables. For some people, they show their love to the nature by protecting all the living creatures. It means they choose to eat greens that dairy and meats. Not only they live that way, some of them or most of them are actually promoting the importance of preserving the animals and the respect to other living mammals.

We cannot deny that the vitamins and minerals that our body needs came from the nourishment that we take. If we are to ask a nutritionist about this particular issue, he or she would probably advice that we better have both dairy and veges as our nourishment. Veges alone will not complete the required vitamins and nutrients we need, vice versa, meat alone is not sufficient to have a better life.

But for the others, having the same kind of diet as the persons mentioned above might not be advisable. It is true that we derive our energy from our nourishments, but the more calories we consume without burning them the more they are being stored into our body in the form of fats. And fats are the most common reason for some people to suffer illness.

Plants and veges may indeed have an incomplete component in our body. However, on the other hand, having veges alone would do no harm as compared to having meat alone. Meaning to say and without a doubt, vegetables are the most nutritious foods on earth. It may lack for some component, but it is rich in vitamins both micro and macro, and fiber.

No matter what preference we have when it come to nourishment, we have to remember to give respect to every individual. We cannot judge someone because of his choice of diet, nor can we force somebody to eat or not eats something that is not of his or her preference. Eating indeed is the most important part in a day, we will not have the strength to do some task if we do not have nourishment inside our body.

As a result, medical institutions, specifically the World Health Organization come up with the idea of making medicine as a supplement for their diet. They extract the nutrition and vitamins a particular plant contains and put it on a single capsule so that people can easily take the same without the need of consuming its root. Thank you for the advance technology that we have now, these kinds of things are now already made possible.

Discreetly speaking, having vegetables as our food everyday does not necessarily mean that you are living a good life. In contrast, having meat and dairy alone do not necessarily means that you are healthy. But such statements do not mean that one is unhealthy, or even the other way.

To sum up, it does not matter whatever we have in our table. The most important thing is our awareness that health does not depend on our nourishment alone. Health sometimes depends on how we live. One can stay healthy by doing regular exercise, or by having an expert adviser regarding good living.
