As means to make it easier and more fun, one can incorporate regular exercises in their hobbies so as to make it part of their lifestyle. As much as old might be perceived to be gold, the reality of the matter is that getting old bring about various physical and mental haziness. Unfortunately, some individuals do get addicted to dopamine and become dependent to it. On the positive edge, exercising can aid in addiction recovery by distracting the addicts and making them to de-prioritize cravings.
