Easy To Prepare One Dish Chicken Recipes

Even if you do not have sufficient time to prepare complicated dishes, it does not mean that you cannot eat healthy, freshly prepared food. Using just a few simple ingredients, you can prepare simple, but really tasty meals. Here you will find several one dish chicken recipes, really easy to prepare and simply delicious.

Chicken steaks with cheese and cream. Try this simple recipe first. You will need one pound small chicken cutlets, some olive oil, one cup grated cheese and cream each, salt, pepper and a little bit of ground paprika. Spice up steaks and fry them in a pan that can be put in the oven. Simply mix the cheese and cream, lightly season the mixture and pour it over the steaks. Bake in the oven and serve with a bowl of fresh green salad.

You could also try making this simple version of chicken paella. Prepare two cups of meat strips, red, yellow and green peppers cut into strips, one larger chopped onion and two cups of rice. You will also need some olive oil, pepper, salt and cherry tomatoes. Pour onions in preheated oil, after a few minutes add your meat stripes and vegetables. When everything get softer, add rice and water or stock. Cook for twenty to twenty five minutes.

For preparing chicken kebabs, on your grill or in the oven, you will need two pounds of meat cubes and vegetables cut into cubes. You can use onions, peppers and zucchini, but you could also take some other vegetables of your choice. Combine all ingredients and season them with salt, pepper and herbs. Add some oil. Simply stack all ingredients alternately on sticks and bake.

Drumsticks with potatoes. You need four larger drumsticks, a pound of potatoes, a small zucchini, an onion, salt, pepper, a little bit of ground red paprika and olive oil. Cut the vegetables into chunks. Bake the meat in the oven for about fifteen minutes, add the other ingredients and bake for another thirty minutes.

Creamy soup tastes simply great, and it is so easy to prepare. Simply cook one pound of chopped meat with carrots and peas, add some broth and spices. When everything is tender, add one cup of cream and some chopped dill and cook for another few minutes.

Delicious tortillas with fresh vegetables. You need one red and one yellow pepper, one larger onion, a dozen small tomatoes and two cups of meat, salt, pepper and spices of your choice, and four tortillas. Cut all the ingredients into thin strips. Half of the total amount of vegetables set aside, and the rest fry with meat. Spice up. In each tortilla put the fried ingredients and add fresh vegetables.

Summer plate. You need three cups of meat cut into wider straps, a carrot, a zucchini, three peppers, one larger onion, a carrot, a small egg-plant and spices of your choice. Brown the meat in olive oil, add all the vegetables cut into strips, season all with salt, pepper and herbs and bake for another few minutes. Serve with a salad and corn bread.
