Once you used a utensil like knife after cutting a raw meat, you should clean it afterwards before using it again to cut another food like cakes. Wash your hands properly before touching your foods so those bacteria from your hands will not go unto your food. When storing a leftover, choose a neat container without a foul odor.

In storing your foods, you should remember to separate the cooked foods from raw ones. If you have leftovers from your dinner, you must not place it the same area with your raw fishes and meat. That could definitely cause contamination and your cooking will become spoiled.

Your foods must be cooked thoroughly. Be sure that the meat you were cooking is absolutely cooked. Never place it afterwards on a plate that is unwashed or a plate were the raw meat was placed. In storing the leftovers in a fridge, you could consume within 3 days. If it smells bad already, then dispose it right away before it affects the others.

Foods can still harm people. However, sometimes you cannot force yourself to avoid eating. In that case, keeping it clean and safe is needed.
