There are few ways like adding complementary ingredient which will make this dish even better. Few tries to experiment by adding fish or octopus along with it and serving it with sparkling wine.

Right after thinking of unique touches that will make the recipe better, prepare the traditional ingredients. Scrubbed red potatoes and scrubbed clam in their shell is the primary ingredients. Then grab along the mussels, chicken broth shrimp, French bread and butter.

Start by placing the potatoes on a layer right at the bottom most of a large pot or container. Have it covered with clams over it and mussels on top of the clam. Then, place the shrimp over the top while adding enough chicken broth afterwards. The amount of chicken broth would normally depend on how huge the pot is and how much the ingredients are.

Then, right after that grab a butter and slice it in half to form a cube and place it on top. Cover everything with a lid and wrap it with foil afterwards. Expose it in heat by bringing it on its boiling point. Once done, lower the heat and simmer it for about forty five minutes.

After the given time, get the pot out of the flame and uncover it. Go ahead and remove the clam out of is pot. You can now present it on your plate the way you want to.

For additional flavors, go ahead and make a dip from the left butter. Melt them and divide it into four serving so that everyone gets their dip. Do not forget to serve the bread as well because it will make the dip even relevant.

So that is basically how clambake is done. It is easy and not that hard to follow on. Though, do not forget that you can make it extra better by experimenting on possible additional recipe that you desire. Do not be afraid of experimenting to make it taste better than the traditional.
