The Tips On Choosing The Right Chilled Drink Dispenser

By Leslie Ball

It is not difficult to serve chilling drinks in events, whether juices, lemonade, fruit blends, or even frosted tea. You cannot think of a refrigerator for this purpose. They are heavy to carry around and require some source of power. There is another option that is cheaper and also convenient for the purpose. The chilled drink dispenser is something you should not miss, whether it is a simple outdoor event, a large gathering, a barbecue, table dinner, camping, or even food business and a restaurant. The occasions are limitless.

However, there are several dispensers on the market, made by different manufacturers, each with its own pros and cons. There are some that serve one beverage while others serve several beverages. The components and the tank capacities also vary widely and it is difficult to choose one, but this guide is there to help you through.

Before even thinking of the brands available, consider the beverage you are going to dispense. There are designs that are specific for particular drinks and others can accommodate typically any drink that goes in. In most cases, double wall design is used to keep ice from melting. You may also have a space to insert the ice physically.

The second factor to be considered is the size. This largely depends on your occasion and the volume of beverage that might be required. Most of the cool dispensers are big enough to serve everyone, but do not allow empty space as this makes them unable to maintain the required temperature. In case the event attendance varies, it is advisable to invest in a collection so that each of them is full to capacity before you start serving. Some manufacturers have varieties that can hold different tank sizes.

Being mindful of the extra capabilities of the dispensers is recommended. There are those that are designed to carbonate the beverage in addition to chilling it. Others can also blend while other brands even infuse water with different flavors. All in all, it pays to buy one that performs more functions.

The style likewise matters. The vast majority incline toward containers that match the dining and entertainment set that is already in the room for the purpose of cohesiveness. If you intend to dispense a specific beverage, you may decide to go for the one with the name or image reflecting the chosen beverage. A lemon on a lemonade dispenser is a good example. The appearance may extend to colors and designs.

They are also available in different materials; from plastics to glasses and even metallic ones. The plastic ones are considered best for outdoor events as they are easy to handle and are light in weight. For the dinner sets and other indoor uses, glass types work better.

Clearly, there are several factors to consider, including the budget and the place where it will be used, that must be considered before you make the purchase. With the correct choice, though, all you need is a perfect mix of beverage to make your event memorable.
