Are you fazed because of the deep lines and furrows carved on your forehead? There isn't any way to totally elude these physical of aging but there are simple tricks you can follow to help reduce the appearance of these ugly forehead wrinkles.

1.You must avoid the sun.

Subjecting yourself too much to sunshine is the principal factor that encourages formation of wrinkles on your forehead. If you have to bare yourself to the sun, apply suntan lotion andrestrict the time that you expend in the sun. Sunblock will also aid you in forestalling skin cancer as well as removing wrinkles.

2. Don't be a smoker.

Some of the research conducted have shown results that when you smoke cigarettes, your skin ages prematurely. This is down to the fact that by smoking you release an enzym that catabolizes the collagen and elastin which are very important proteins of the skin.

3. Get ample sleep.

When you don't sleep enough, your body generates cortisol in excess. This is a chemical that breaks down the epidermis cells. You want to get enough rest so as to produce enough human growth hormone which is important in keeping your skin thick, more elastic so helping your skin prevent wrinkling.

4 Sleep on your back.

There are specific positions you can sleep on and lead to sleep lines that might become wrinkles that will not vanish even if you wake up as they become etched into the surface of your skin. So when you sleep, it increases the formation of forehead wrinkles and lines on your cheeks and chin. The only possible way to avoid this is to sleep on a supine position.

5. Do not squint.

Buy a good pair of reading glasses. When you get accustomed squinting you encourage repeated facial movements caused by overworking of the facial muscles. This brings forth a groove beneath the skin surface. A number of these furrows become a wrinkle. Thus it is imperative to use shades. Your sunglasses helps protect the skin round the eyes from damage caused by sun exposure and at the same time it also keeps you away from squinting.
